What is real estate inventory management software?

What is a stacking plan, and how does PropertyFlex show it?
A stacking plan is a floor-by-floor picture of a property that shows each unit and its status. In PropertyFlex the stacking plan is colour-coded by availability and shows price, tenancy mix or owner details for each unit, so an agent can find a sellable unit in seconds.
How does PropertyFlex keep unit availability accurate?
Every hold, booking, cancellation and price change updates the unit record in Salesforce straight away. Vacant, blocked and soon-to-be-available units are always visible, holds expire automatically, and a unit that is held or booked drops off every agent’s shortlist at once.
Can we update unit prices in bulk?
Yes. Bulk unit pricing can be adjusted on the fly by project, property or unit type, with approvals where needed. Insights from market trends, sales performance and AI help you make data-driven pricing decisions, and each unit keeps its price history.
Can inventory be published to our website and property portals?
Live inventory can be pushed to your own website and third-party sites, and enquiries are auto-captured into Salesforce against the project, property or unit they were made on. Those enquiries then follow the real estate lead management flow in PropertyFlex.
Does inventory management work for leasing as well as sales?
Yes. The same unit records cover sales and rentals, so the leasing team sees vacant, occupied and soon-to-be-vacant units, along with tenancy mix, renewals and rent collections.
What inventory reports can we run?
Native Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, with CRM Analytics and Tableau, show vacancy, renewals, rent collections and unsold inventory for each project, property and unit. Users get their own dashboards and reports, and department-wise data is linked with inventory for complete insights.
